im looking method of youtube data api v3 in: https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs/videos

i want prohibit comments on youtube videos. seems no method that. there way how limit video comments?

looks disabling comments youtube data api v3 doesn't work right. , removed feature. there bug reported on over here.
