the control , command keys analogs when comes computer applications, when i'm talking them in cross-platform application, should called? there term " _______ key"?

alt / shift / control / command - they're modifier keys. ctrl/command analogs in sense they're used "command"-type shortcuts, i.e. performing action. maybe c-modifier key or action-modifier key right names.
